There are two scenarios your Airtel fastag will be blacklisted
- Insufficient Fastag Balance is Rs. 150 (for Car) its all depends on vehicle type Ex(Car, Bus, Lorry, e.t.c)
- Our RC Card scan copy got rejected then also blacklist will show
Steps to Check Airtel Fastag Blacklisted
Step1: Login to your Airtel APP (If you are Airtel Customer)
Step2: In the Center Menu of the APP Select Fastag
Step3: Once select FASTag under MyFASTags your Airtel Fastag is in “InActive” state. (Inactive – Payment Pending) as shown below.
Steps to Activate blacklisted Fastag
Step1: First Call to Airtel Customer Care 400 for Airtel Customers, For Non-Airtel customers Call to 8800688006.
Step2: Raise a request that your airtel fastag got blacklisted. Once raised a request you will get message from airtel either Recharge wallet or Upload RC Copy.
Step3: Once request raised, you will get below message with in three to four hours. Hello! we have received your request to buy FASTag. Please click on the link https://ecom.airtelbank.com/fastag to complete the transaction.
Step4: Click on above url and login using Registered Mobile Number and ask for OTP.
Note: After Entering Mobile Number and OTP, If it shows UnAuthorised Request it means your Fastag is currently Active / Your are not requested the Customer Care
Step5: After Successful Login please follow the below screen steps.
Step6: Your will get message that your Fastag will get activated in the next 48 working hours as show above image.
